Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of thewealthydj.com (the "Site"), including any digital products, coaching services, and custom project work offered through it (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Site or purchasing any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

The Wealthy DJ is a business coaching and consulting brand operated by The Wealthy DJ LLC, providing business education, digital tools, and consulting services to DJs, entertainment company owners, and event professionals.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Site or purchase any Service. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Digital Products

3.1 All digital products sold through the WDJ Collection (including but not limited to spreadsheets, templates, and workbooks) are delivered electronically upon purchase.

3.2 All sales of digital products are final. Because these are downloadable digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a download link has been issued, except where required by law.

3.3 License, not sale. When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for your own business only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, or repurpose any digital product, in whole or in part, for commercial distribution to others. Each purchase is licensed to a single business/individual.

3.4 We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve digital products at any time. Updates are not guaranteed to be provided free of charge to past purchasers, though we may choose to do so at our discretion.

4. Coaching Services

4.1 1:1 Coaching is application-based. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve full discretion to accept or decline any applicant for any reason.

4.2 Coaching engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement between The Wealthy DJ and the client, which will include specific terms regarding payment, cancellation, and scope of services.

4.3 Coaching and consulting services provide business guidance based on our experience and frameworks. Results are not guaranteed. Your results depend on numerous factors specific to your business, effort, and market conditions outside our control.

5. À La Carte / Custom Projects

5.1 Custom project work (including any AI-powered tools or systems we build) is scoped and priced individually following a discovery call, and is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work specific to that project.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated in a signed project agreement, The Wealthy DJ retains ownership of underlying frameworks, code, and methodologies used to build custom deliverables. The client receives a license to use the specific deliverable built for them, as detailed in the applicable project agreement.

6. No Professional Advice

The Wealthy DJ provides business, operational, and financial planning education and tools. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or licensed financial advisory service. Nothing on this Site, in our digital products, or in our coaching services constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice specific to your situation. You should consult a licensed attorney, accountant, or financial advisor before making decisions based on information provided through our Services.

7. Payment

7.1 All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted.

7.2 Payment is processed securely through Squarespace Payments. We do not directly store your full payment card information.

7.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already completed.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product designs, and the "The Wealthy DJ" name and branding, is the property of The Wealthy DJ and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or content without prior written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems

  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site

  • Misrepresent your identity or business information when applying for coaching or purchasing Services

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Wealthy DJ and its owner(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
